Our story
In the bustling metropolis of Dubai, Floooz emerged from a vision born five years ago. Quentin, inspired by Dubai's accessibility to all but cash, saw an opportunity to revolutionize the way people accessed currency. During the pandemic, the need for physical cash became more evident than ever, prompting Quentin to revisit his idea. Together with Ossama’s brilliant business mind, they breathed life into this concept, creating Floooz, a groundbreaking platform.

As we pledge to transparency, this timeline represents exactly our plan for the coming years, from what has already happened, to where it will lead Floooz. We will keep updating it to stay true to what is currently on the table and how we plan on executing our vision.
Q2 2023
Legal set up
During the second quarter of this year, Ossama and Quentin set up the objectives for Floooz and the different license needs and contracts to operate. To strengthen our operations, we welcomed Olga Fleming, serial entrepreneur and legal expert, to the Board of Advisors. Olga brings her legal and operational experience onboard and helps Floooz exist.
Q3 2023
Platform development and partnerships
The past quarter marked a few milestones for Floooz. We entirely developed our platform thanks to our partnership with one of the best technology partners in the region, GroovyWeb. In addition to this partnership, we also partnered up with Careem for our entire logistics of deliveries and with Lean Technologies for our payment options.
Q4 2023
the idea becomes reality
To start the quarter, we will onboard our first financial institutions as partners on the platform whilst beta testing our application. In parallel, we are setting up our first round of funding to aim at a start of operations towards the end of the year. Stay tuned as Floooz is coming to revolutionize your access to cash!
Q1 2024
Floooz serves its first clients
Whether or not our funding was successful, Floooz is going to start its official operations at the latest during the first quarter of 2024 with its primary market being Dubai. Once we have launched our operations, our goal is to conquer the entire UAE, followed by other countries in the GCC.
